need  test :
1. HoT - Ice Bite -- can get Frenzy charge or not. On-kill thunder can freeze or not.
2. HoT - Hypho -- on-kill thunder can freeze or not.
3. oh, this is with Brotherhood ring. else all pointless. not sure HoI also will give flat to HoT on-kill.
